This easy baked salmon gefilte fish gets a spike in flavor from Gold's Wasabi Sauce, inside and served on the side.

- 1 frozen loaf salmon gefilte fish, defrosted
- 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped (can use food processor)
- 1 tablespoon plus 1/2 cup Gold's Wasabi Sauce
- 1 small green chili pepper, seeds removed
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix defrosted gefilte fish with chopped scallions and 1 tablespoon wasabi sauce. Spread into a lightly greased loaf pan. Place in oven and bake for about 45 minutes until fully cooked and lightly browned on the sides. Remove from oven and let cool, place in the fridge until is cold.
When ready to serve, mix wasabi sauce with finely chopped chili pepper and chopped parsley and serve on the side.
