This salad is a nice change from guacamole. For those who like a little more texture in their food this is a great alternative.

- 2 cups avocado diced in 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and serve.
