This Avocado Cream Sauce is the perfect condiment for a fish taco, or a great dip for nachos. With a hint of jalapeño, it adds a creamy tang to whatever you dip in it.
Note: Squeeze bottles are a great tool to aid in elegantly drizzling sauce over your fish or salad. They can be purchased at any local art supply store or a gourmet food shop.
- Prep Time
- 1 cupServings
- 2 ripe Haas avocados
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- Juice from 1 lime
- ½ cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- ½ handful of cilantro
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin Sriracha, to taste
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve on fish tacos.
