- 5 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup duck sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
1 Preheat broiler. Line bottom of pan with foil and oil.
2 Toss wings with oil, pepper and salt. Spread on pan.
3 Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat, turning once, until barely cooked through, 20 -25 minutes.
4 While wings are broiling, mix duck sauce, lime juice and garlic together and heat slightly in micowave, about 30 seconds.
5 Brush sauce over wings and cook in 400 degree oven for another 20 minutes until cooked through.
