Apple Kiwi Pomegranate Popsicles

These fruit filled popsicles are great for dessert or a quick snack. Use any shape popsicle molds, or simply freeze in cups inserted with popsicle sticks.

  • 3 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 2 kiwi, sliced
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds


1. Combine apple juice and simple syrup and mix together. Pour into popsicle molds and fill three-quarters full.

2. Add kiwi slices and pomegranate seeds, and freeze.
