- 6 Roma tomatoes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) canola oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) seasoning salt
1. Cut tomatoes into eighths.
2. Toss in a medium size serving bowl with onions, garlic, canola oil, basil and seasoning salt.
