It's overwhelming - the amount of Passover goods that are available these days. If you are not careful you can end up spending more than you have budgeted for the holiday. I use a master list every year - and I have found that it really helps me keep my spending to a minimum.
Print it out, take it with you.
Eggs (dozens and dozens)
Potatoes (lbs and lbs)
Assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables
Oil (canola is kitniyot)
Salt and Pepper
Pesach cereal for the little kids
Ladyfingers for the little kids
Juice boxes / water bottles
Ground Nuts for charoset
Assorted sizes of Ziploc baggies
Already separated foil sheets
Foil containers and lids
Plastic containers and lids
Sponges for dishes
