A deliciously filling dinner salad that can be prepared in just a few minutes. As with all my other Pesach recipes, the salt amounts listed are for kosher salt only. If you are using regular iodized table salt, please make sure to reduce the salt amounts.

I had always wanted to try making a kosher version of Braciole and found the Grow & Behold skirt steak to be the perfect meat to roll. I used matzo meal so you can make it on Passover, but bread crumbs can be used during the year. I also used spinach in the filling, but you can add anything you want, it is a versatile recipe that also can be made ahead and reheats well.

Quick beef and noodle dinner for the whole family. The flavors of sesame oil and soy sauce make an ordinary meal into an Asian experience.

Bahn Mi Taco

Bahn Mi Taco

If you haven't jumped on the Bahn Mi Bandwagon because the baguettes have too many carbs, now is the time to make a Bahn Mi Taco. Bahn Mi is a traditionally Vietnam meat and pickled vegetable sandwich on a special kind of baguette. It is easy to make quick pickled carrots, daikon and cucumbers for this dish, just make sure to give yourself at least an hour to let the veggies absorb the flavor. This would make a really great appetizer, but you can also eat it as a meal with a large salad or soup on the side.
