Serve this salad in split fresh coconut shells and your guests will get the urge to Hula dance! Use the seeds from the papaya you've cut in the salad for the dressing -- they have a wonderful peppery flavor.

"I Knead You Smoothie": Using dry bread to thicken soups is an age-old trick; why not apply the same thing to a smoothie? This is a great smoothie for those of you who love a thick smoothie mustache but hate bananas. Feel free to get a little fancy-dancy and spike the smoothie with some white wine or sparkly champagne.

This recipe works well with a sugar substitue. The other thing I have done, is increase the amount of noodles and taken some of the mixture out before I have added the sugar, then use a substitue for only that small amount. I also make this for Passover by using the pesadic noodles.

Kosher Ambrosia Soup Recipe

This is a non-traditional variation on classic ambrosia. It looks fabulous presented in a glass bowl and ladled out at the table. I like to serve it as a fruity sidekick to rich chocolate desserts.
