Adapted from a recipe on tastebook. This recipe is my new favorite, I make it all the time and leave the dough in the fridge until I want to make more fresh pita.
No Knead Olive Bread

This was the first bread I ever made that tasted and looked like it came from a bakery. This one is best using white flour, but it is still very good with half whole wheat, I am still mastering a great whole grain bread. Note there is no salt in this recipe, the olives add so much salt it isn't needed. Based on the Jim Lahey no knead breads.
No Knead Challah Bread

This recipe is based on the King Arthur Flour one. It is a very nice bread, but not my favorite challah. Still it is so easy and worth saving for a lazy day.
