Crunchy Baked Gefilte Fish with Dipping Sauce

This dish is PERFECT for Friday night. Gefilte sticks are crispy, baked and NOT fried. Save the calories for the dessert! Gold's horseradish sauce is sweet, tangy and perfect accompaniment to the gefilte fish. Mix with mayo, pareve cream cheese or sour cream for another twist on the dip. Hope you enjoy this new twist on a very traditional Jewish Shabbat Classic!

Everyone likes horseradish with their gefilte fish, why not make it easy an put it in there from the start. In this recipe I thaw the gefilte fish to mix in horseradish and carrots and then refreeze so that it retains its shape while baking, you can skip this step if you don't mind a flatter or more loaf like fish. I also coated the outside with horseradish which makes it prettier and adds an even bigger flavor impact.
