Then turn on the heat with the jalapeño pepper and its anti-inflammatory benefits. Add a few heart-healthy beans and you’ve got a pretty potent dish here! This dish can double as a lovely appetizer. Sub in 6-inch tortillas and serve with a dollop of guacamole and some baked torilla chips.
