My first professional chef job was as a line cook at Keren, which at the time was the top restaurant in Israel. Honestly, it was the best start a chef could ask for. Many years have passed since then. But this recipe for chocolate fingers will stay with me forever. Editor's Note: I asked Einat about making this parve and she said it loses the simplicity, but if someone tries it with homemade nutella and coconut milk, please let us know.
