Zucchini Pie

• 2 1/4 :cups shredded zucchini
• 1/2 :cup diced red pepper
• 1 :small chopped onion
• 4 :eggs, beaten
• 1 :tablespoon oregano
• 1 :teaspoon basil
• 1/2 :cup oil
• 1/2 :teaspoon salt
• 1 :cup Bisquick
• 1/2 :grated sharp cheese

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grease a 9X13 pan.
3. In a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
4. Pour the mixture into the greased pan.
5. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
