Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia Fillets (6-8 oz)
  • 1 Medium Tomato
  • 1 Medium onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 TBS Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Preparation

1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2 Chop the onion, tomato, and lemon into thin slices
3 Coat both sides of each fillet with olive oil
4 Place fillets in a glass pan
5 Sprinkle with salt and pepper
6 Lay slices of onion, tomato, and lemon to cover the top side of each fillet
7 Bake for 8 to 12 minutes
