  1. What is Chinese Chicken Soup Stock?

  2. We have the recipe for Chinese Chicken Soup in our The Complete Asian Cookbook but for now, just do the following:
Either use 8 cups of cannedor fresh chicken soup, or 8 teaspoons powdered chicken soup powder plus 8 cups of water to make a broth. Add 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped, 10 cloves garlic, sliced,3 whole green onions,1-2 teaspoons sesame oil, dash of low-sodium soy sauce. Heat all ingredients together for 5-10 minutes to blend flavors. Bitayvon!

  3. What’s in wontons & how are they made? Thanks

  4. This recipe doesn’t explain how to make the wontons, the diced chicken goes into the soup or into the wontons?
