- 1 pint good quality vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut or coconut flakes
- 4 tablespoon sliced almonds
Divide ice cream between four bowls. Top each with 1/8 cup fluff, 2 tablespoons coconut and 1 tablespoon of almonds. Serve immediately.
