Ingredients
- 1 whole watermelon, cubed
- 2 tablespoons or to taste, chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 lemon or lime
Directions
Either cube watermelon or use a melon baller and toss with some fresh chopped mint and a squeeze of lemon and/or lime juice for a bit of a zing. Fancy it up with slivered lemon rind.
