Watermelon Mint Salad

  • Ready Time : 0 min

  • 1 whole watermelon, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons or to taste, chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 lemon or lime

Either cube watermelon or use a melon baller and toss with some fresh chopped mint and a squeeze of lemon and/or lime juice for a bit of a zing. Fancy it up with slivered lemon rind.
