Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

  • Prep Time : 5 min
  • Cook Time : 20 min
  • Ready Time : 25 min

Ingredients

  • 6 medium Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup Manischewitz All Natural Vegetable Broth
  • 4 tablespoons pareve margarine
  • 2 tablespoons wasabi horseradish

Directions

Preparation

1 In a large saucepan, boil potatoes and garlic in salted water. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and break apart with a fork. Drain and return to pan.
2 With a potato masher or hand mixer, mash potatoes and garlic with broth, margarine, and horseradish. Seasonwith additional salt, if desired.
