Recipe

Walnut Pesto

You can use any nut and herb combination, but this is a nice one.

  • Cook Time : none min
  • Ready Time : 10 min

Ingredients

  • 2 cups basil
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/2 cup parmesan (optional)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

Preparation

1 In food processor, add basil, walnuts, and garlic, pulse.

2 Add lemon juice and Parmesan cheese if using.

3 While processor is on, stream in olive oil until the pesto is loose enough.
