Ingredients
- 5 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Drop of lemon juice
Directions
In a large bowl, toss the lettuce, apples, and pineapples. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, and lemon juice. Dress salad.
Add walnuts before serving. If salad seems too dry, add a bit more mayonnaise.
