Ingredients
- 1 ground carrot
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
- 1 sweet potato, cut in chunks
- 1 green peper, sliced
- 1 onion, minced
- carrots, sliced in chunks
- 1 kholrabi, cut in chunks
- parsley
- celery in chunks
- potatoes, sliced in chunks
- salt and pepper to taste
- meat and veal bones
- approximately 6 cups water
Directions
In a large pot, brown carrots in oil, adding sugar, then potato starch. Continue adding remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer partially covered for approximately two hours. I usually double the recipe and store extra in Tupperware containers to retain optimum freshness.
