Tuna Edamame Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 6 ounces Tuna, water packed, drained (6 oz can)
  • 1/2 cup Golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup Diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup Bottled Italian salad dressing, reduced fat

Preparation

Preparation

1 Mix edamame, tomatoes, carrots, tuna, raisins and onion in medium bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss until combined.
2 Serve with pita bread halves or whole grain crackers, if desired.
