Tropical S’mores
A traditional fireside treat goes tropical.
Times

- Cook Time : 5 min
- Ready Time : 15 min
Servings
Ingredients
- 8 marshmallows
- 8 soft molasses cookies (3-inch)
- 1 large mango, peeled, pitted and sliced
Directions
Toast marshmallows on long metal skewers over hot coals until golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside. Place marshmallows on four cookies (2 marshmallows per cookie) and top with mango slices. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with coconut and nuts, as desired. Top with remaining cookies.
Serving Tips:
Optional toppers: caramel sauce, toasted coconut, chopped macadamia nuts

Do the roasted marshmallows hold if you don’t use them right away? Wondering if you could do them ahead for Shabbos.
Someone please tell me where you found kosher marshmallows! Seriously this is my one “beach day” and camp out treat that I always have to pass on! It bugs!
