Tomato crab bisque
A creamy crab bisque that tastes just like the real thing! (no, really, I've had the real thing)

Servings
Ingredients
- 1.25 cups Cream of tomato or cream of tomato basil soup Imagine soups works well
- 1.25 cups Cream of mushroom soup Imagine soups works well
- 1.25 cups Heavy cream
- 10 sticks Imitation crab
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- pinch cumin, pepper, salt
Directions
Mix soup, crab, heavy cream and cumin salt & pepper in a pot, mix and cook on medium-low until hot.

I am dumb-founded… since when is crab kosher?? I joined up to find kosher recipes, figuring that I would not have to pick and choose between recipes that are and are not kosher. Now I am dismayed that the name of this site (Joy of Kosher) is NOT all kosher.
Bonnie – if you look in the ingredients it says “imitation crab” which is totally kosher and made from kosher fish.
This is absolutely divine. Will definitely make again!
