This is a great healthy meatless meal served with rice.

Ingredients
- 1 12oz package extra firm tofu
- 3 large portobello mushroom caps cut up in 1 square inch cubes
- 1 can chick peas, drained
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbs teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp coriander seed

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes
