This is a great healthy meatless meal served with rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz package extra firm tofu
  • 3 large portobello mushroom caps cut up in 1 square inch cubes
  • 1 can chick peas, drained
  • 3 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbs teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp coriander seed
