My father is allergic to sesame seeds, so classic hummus with tahini is out of the question, so I tried this recipe which substitutes the tahini with walnuts and walnut oil. I tried a little of the orange juice and decided I prefer the classic lemon flavor, so I used lemon juice, otherwise I kept it all the same and we all love it. I would make it again even if my father is not in town.
