Thermos-Ready Smoothie

Gotta scoot? Take this protein and fiber-rich smoothie along for the ride.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup silken tofu

Directions

Preparation

  1. Combine berries, banana, apple juice and tofu in a blender; blend until smooth.
