Terryaki Salmon
Elegant yet easy main course for any occasion. Great for a party. Can be grilled as well.

Ingredients
- 2 lb. whole piece Norwegian salmon or wild salmon
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 TBSP rice wine
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Preparation
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2 Add all ingredients except salmon to a large glass baking dish and combine well
3 Add salmon to baking dish, flesh side down, and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
4 Remove pan from refrigerator and let rest for 30 minutes
5 Turn fish to skin side down
6 Place baking dish in oven and cook salmon for 25 minutes, basting every 3 or 4 times with sauce
7 Transfer fish to a serving platter and pour remaining sauce over top of fish
