Tarragon Carrot Salad
This is a bit spicy and a little chili powder goes a long way, but it is beautiful and tasty.

Ingredients
- 2 large carrots, cut up
- 2 sprigs tarragon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch chili powder
- pinch salt
Directions
Preparation
1 In a food processor with metal blade add the carrot and tarragon. Pulse 5 times. Add olive oil, chili powder and salt. Pulse until desired consistency. Adjust spices to taste. If it is too spicy you can add a bit of lemon juice.
