Sweet, Spicy, Smokey BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Directions
In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes or until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
