Recipe

Strawberry Sorbet

Times

  • Prep Time : 5 minutes min
  • Cook Time : 30 minutes min
  • Ready Time : 35 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup juice (grape or apple)
  • 1/4 cup agave or sugar
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, stems removed, quartered
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

Preparation

1 Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree.
2 Pour into ice cream maker and churn for at least 30 minutes.
3 Optional: strain strawbery mixture before pouring into ice cream maker if you want to remove the seeds.
