Sticky Bun Noodle Kugel

Sticky Bun Noodle Kugel
Got this recipe years ago, and can't remember from where. It is made in a Bundt pan as it makes a beautiful presentation. I am sure it can be made in a regular round or square pan, although I have never tried it. I serve it on holidays and rarely have any left. If you want something sweet and delicious, this is it!

Servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound medium egg noodles
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup whole pecans
- 4 eggs, beaten I have made this with 7-8 egg whites in place of whole eggs and it is just as good.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 5 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 cup sugar
Directions
Cook and drain noodles per package directions.
Melt whole stick of margarine and add 1 cup brown sugar to it; pour in the bottom of Bundt pan, press pecan halves into mixture.
Mix together all remaining ingredients and then add to cooked noodles. Carefully spoon into the well greased Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350°. Loosen sides and around center of bundt pan and invert to serve. Enjoy!
