Spinach and Ricotta Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked, :chopped, and thoroughly drained fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup :ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup :mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon :minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons :minced onion
  • Coarse salt :and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large :egg

Directions

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta, mozzarella cheese, garlic and onion; mix well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the egg; mix well.
  4. Set aside until ready to use.
