This easy recipe for chocolatey and gooey S'mores Bark has only 3 ingredients. You can use storebought graham crackers or make your own with this recipe.

- 7 ounces bittersweet chocolate (we recommend either: 2 (3.5-ounce) Schmerling dark chocolate or one (7-ounce) bar of Shufra baking chocolate)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 8 graham crackers chopped into 1-inch cubes
1.In a double boiler (a glass bowl over a pot of simmering water) melt the chocolate.
2.Once chocolate melts, remove from heat and mix in marshmallows and graham cracker cubes.
3.Pour over parchment paper and spread it out to an even thickness.
4. Top with sea salt.
5.Allow to cool and break into large chunks.
6.Store in sealed container or ziplock bag in a cool environment.
