Ingredients
- 2 pounds chuck (cubed)
- 1 pound onion (chopped)
- 8-10 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cans your favorite beer
- 1 pound mixed beans
- 1 deli kishka roll (stuffed derma), cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
- 1/2 pound pastrami (optional)
- 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 teaspoon oil
- paprika
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- water to cover
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in oil until translucent and remove to the slow cooker. Brown the meat and place in slow cooker, add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 8-10 hours or longer if for Shabbat.
