Ingredients
- Broccoli cut into florets/individual stalks
- red onion, sliced in "moonlike" chunks
- kosher salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread broccoli and red onion on baking sheet and sprinkle liberally with kosher salt. Bake about 30-40 minutes.
Enjoy with any nonstarchy vegetables- peppers, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, leeks, zucchini, all low calorie, high nutrient foods so that you can nonstop munch.
