simple fennel salad
on the sephardic friday night table lots of small plates with different salads cooked and uncooked splatter the table. this is one of my favorites not only because it is delicious but my whole family eats it right up.

- 3 heads of fennel
- drizzle of olive oil
- 1 fresh squeezed lemon
- Salt
Directions
Preparation
1 peel the outer layer of the fennel off, cut off the green stalks and leaves, slice down the center and the slice each half up.
2 place in bowl mix with oil lemon juice and salt. enjoy!
