Ingredients

  • 16 oz pasta (linguini, whole wheat preferred)
  • 6 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 tablespoon canola oil
  • 6 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 6 scallions sliced
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Cook pasta according to directions. 


Mix the liquid ingredients together and microwave for 1 min (until sugar dissolves) then pour over pasta. 


Then add scallions (if using) and seeds when the pasta is cooled.
