Editor's Note: These Sensational Lamb Chops are marinated 1-2 hours in advance with a flavorful rub.
- Prep Time
- 4 Grow and Behold shoulder/rainbow chops, or 8 lamb chops
- 5 oz. dijon mustard
- 2 smashed garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Combine all ingredients and coat both sides of lamb chops with mixture. Marinate for 1-2 hours in the fridge. Bring to room temperature before cooking. Cook to medium-rare.
