Ingredients

Filling

  • 2 pounds lean ground lamb or beef
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 5 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander, optional
  • 1/2 cup chopped pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 egg

Dough

  • Prepared puff-pastry

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375°F 

2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and place a teaspoon of the meat mixture in the middle of puff pastry circle. Fold into triangles, cover with egg wash, and bake for 25 minutes or until meat is cooked.
