Saucey Chicken and Red Pepper Bites

These chicken bites are a fun easy to make little snack you can add to any menu. Easy to serve and eat with toothpicks. All the flavor here comes from Gold's Steak Sauce, which is basically a BBQ sauce with horseradish mixed in.


  • Prep Time : 5 min
  • Cook Time : 15 min
  • Ready Time : 20 min


8 Servings


  • 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs cut into cubes
  • 1 red pepper cut into cubes
  • 3/4 cup Gold’s Steak Sauce


Heat oven to 375.

Place chicken and peppers in a baking pan.  Pour sauce over top and bake for 15 minutes until done.  Serve with toothpicks.

    this is great served on a bed of rice!!

    I couldn’t find Gold’s steak sauce so I used Mikey’s Honey Garlic sauce. My kids loved it. It was so easy to make. I served with rice noodles for dinner. Even my son who doesn’t really like chicken ate this one.
