Roasted Sweet Potatoes


  • Prep Time : 10 min
  • Cook Time : 20 min
  • Ready Time : 30 min




  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Crushed black pepper
  • 5 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges


Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, combine oil and spices. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place potatoes on baking sheet. Toss spices over potatoes until well-coated. Roast for 20 minutes.

  1. Hi! Just want to let u know that I’ve made this several times. It’s a huge hit. Hubby is not a sweet potato fan at all but he loves this recipe!
