Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Crushed black pepper
- 5 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, combine oil and spices. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place potatoes on baking sheet. Toss spices over potatoes until well-coated. Roast for 20 minutes.
