Roasted Chicken Breast with Peach Chutney and Cilantro

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- salt and pepper to taste
Chutney
- 2 peaches, peeled and medium diced
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp shelled walnuts
- 6 Dorot Cilantro Cubes
- 2 Dorot Chopped Ginger Cubes
- 1 Dorot Chopped Chili Cube
Directions
In a medium skillet, cook all the ingredients of the chutney for 10 minutes while stirring until desired consistency. Pour into bowl and cool.
Sauté the chicken breasts in olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Pour 2 tablespoons chutney on the plate and place the chicken breasts over and serve.
