roasted cauliflower in tehini sauce
this is a healthy take on a salad I first tried in a middle eastern resturante, the original was deep fried. you can eat this room temp or cold both are delish!

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- drizzle of olive oil
- seasame paste (tehina golmit)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
- splash of water
- Salt
Directions
Preparation
1 preheat oven to 400 degrees
2 cut cauliflower into small florets
3 scatter florets on a baking sheet sprinkle with salt cumin and drizzle with olive oil, give it a toss so it is evenly seasoned
4 bake for 1 hour or until golden brown
5 in a small bowl mix a small amount (1/4 cup) of sesame paste with a fresh squeezed lemon, and finely chopped garlic. add water slowly 1 tbsp at a time until you get a nice smooth mixture that completly drips off the spoon (if it sticks it isnt thin enough)
6 after the cauliflower is cooked place in mixing bowl and pour tehini sauce on. mix. enjoy
