Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Sage Butter
This is an easy vegetable side dish that can be made dairy or parve.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussel Sprouts, halved
- 3 Tbsp. butter or parve margarine
- 2 tsp. Fresh sage chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Preparation
1 Place brussel sprouts on a baking sheet
2 Sprinkle with salt and pepper and olive oil
3 Bake at 375, check after 20 minutes and move them around. Bake another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
4 In a saucepan melt butter until bubbling. Add sage and stir. Cook for 3 minutes, remove firm heat and sprinkle with salt.
5 Pour sage butter over brussel sprouts, mix and serve
