Roast Beef with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 can Swanson Beef Broth
- 2 good size Top Chuck Roast
- 6 Red Potatoes
- 1 bag Baby Carrots
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- pinch Black Pepper Corn
Directions
1.) Pour your can of beef broth into your roasting pan then fill the can with water and add as well into your pan.
2.) On a plate take your roast coat them in a thin layer of oil olive then add a little Italian seasoning and black pepper corn to each side. Place the beef into your roasting pan.
3.) Place in the oven and cook for one hour at 400 degrees, flip, then put back into the oven for 40 minutes.
4.) While you are waiting for the timer to go off cut up your potatoes into quarter pieces and get your carrots out.
5.) When your timer goes off add your vegetables and finish cooking for another 40 minutes.
6.) Let it stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
