Rice Casserole
This recipe can be used as a side dish or I have added vegetables and sauted ground meat as a one dish meal.

- Prep Time : 10 min
- Cook Time : 1 hour
- Ready Time : 1 hour, 10 min
Servings
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup rice
- 1 stick margarine I use Earth Balance
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 3 ounce cans mushrooms
Directions
Place all ingredients into a 1 3/4 quart casserole dish and mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until all the liquid is absorbed. Serve immediately.
