This brightly colored Raspberry Sauce can be an added flavorful garnish for Skillet Fruit Nachos. You can store leftover the sauce covered in refrigerator for up to 5 days, or serve with your favorite vodka as a martini (you deserve it!)

- 2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
1. Whisk raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice together, or pulse in a food processor.
2. Strain out seeds for a finer texture or leave them in and enjoy!
