Quick Mixed Berry Topping

Nothing could be easier. Pop frozen mixed berries in the microwave for an almost instant fruit topping.

  • Ready Time : 5 min

Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

Directions

Preparation

  1. Toss berries, sugar and cornstarch in a large microwave-safe bowl until well combined. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave on High until slightly thickened and steaming, about 2 1/2 minutes more.
